A la finca del Mas Pubill, que com ells mateixos descriuen, \u201ces troba en un espai privilegiat, envoltat de natura, enclotada a la vall de Grevalosa i amb la riera dansant al costat. \u00c9s una finca amb identitat pr\u00f2pia, una hist\u00f2ria fascinant i amb una llarga tradici\u00f3 vitivin\u00edcola\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Una finca apartada, isolada, poc coneguda, i fins fa poc temps una mica abandonada. Per\u00f2 l\u2019Enric Forn i el seu pare, Joan, han decidit donar-hi la volta, amb un projecte ambici\u00f3s. Ara el <strong>Mas Pubill<\/strong> est\u00e0 impecablement restaurat i \u00e9s un lloc idoni per celebrar-hi tota mena d\u2019esdeveniments. Un cultiu respectu\u00f3s amb el medi. Amb una vinya antiga de sumoll i d\u2019altres plantades de nou amb picapoll blanc, mand\u00f3, i cabernet franc. Entrebosc en fa quatre vins: el <strong>Mas d\u2019en Boix<\/strong>, el <strong>Mas Pubill<\/strong>, l\u2019<strong>Entrebosc negre<\/strong> i l\u2019<strong>Entrebosc blanc<\/strong>. Tots quatre amb edicions limitades, amb ampolles numerades.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Amb moderaci\u00f3 per\u00f2 amb determinaci\u00f3. Un equip petit per\u00f2 amb ganes de fer grans coses: a l\u2019Enric, que porta les vinyes, l\u2019acompanyen la Carlota, encarregada del marqueting, el Toni S\u00e0mchez, en\u00f2leg, i en Josep Pelegrin, sommelier.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A m\u00e9s de vi, tamb\u00e9 hi elaboren <strong>oli extra verge<\/strong>, de la varietat Corbella. Estant al poble que estan, tamb\u00e9 cultiven <strong>mongeta de Castellfollit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">L&#8217;enoturisme del celler Entrebosc<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Al Mas Pubill hi trobem tots els ingredients per fer-ne un dest\u00ed tur\u00edstic molt atractiu.
