A partir de llavors, deu generacions han estat cultivant la vinya. Van estar a punt d\u2019abandonar, de dedicar-se a la ramaderia, per\u00f2 el Josep, el responsable actual dels cellers, va decidir de tornar als origens. Volia ser la desena generaci\u00f3 cultivant les vinyes de la fam\u00edlia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Ara ens pot semblar normal, aquest retorn a la vinya, per\u00f2 el Josep encara aa haver d\u2019aguantar les burles dels seus companys d\u2019escola, quan deia que, de gra, volia ser pag\u00e8s. Va acabar la formaci\u00f3 en una escola familiar agr\u00e0ria, a Vic, alternant amb la feina a casa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Seguint la tend\u00e8ncia del moment, a principis dels noranta arrenca les vinyes de sumoll per plantar cabernet i merlot. Tot i aix\u00ed, encara ara tenen un vi especial, el Sumoll negre, d\u2019una vinya vella que va quedar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Una altra joia bot\u00e0nica que conserven \u00e9s una antiga vinya de picapoll, que data del 1906. D\u2019aqu\u00ed en surten els millons clons, l\u2019ADN que ha perm\u00e8s recuperar b\u00e9 aquesta varietat a tota la comarca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Mantenen la tradici\u00f3 del vi bullit. No per vendre, nom\u00e9s pel consum propi de la fam\u00edlia, per les festes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Un celler del 1868<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Tamb\u00e9 tenen una petita joia arquitect\u00f2nica: el seu celler, que es va comen\u00e7ar a consrtuir el 1868. Despr\u00e9s es va fer una ampliaci\u00f3 del soterrani el 1910, a base de pic i pala. Noves ampiacions els 70 i els 90 li van acabar de donar la fesomia actual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">En aquest celler hi ha una zona especial, que anonemen \u2018el cementiri\u2019.
